"This was my first Meetup and I really enjoyed the experience. I look forward to attending more..."

"network and do some good for the community."

"Glad I went. I think all of us social network/community explorers have a strong need to know what other people are doing and what works. It was a start in that direction (my first meeting!) By the way, if I want to catch up on something, like I want to learn about wikis and how they are used, then is there a way to catch up on past meeting content? Thanks, Susan and Megan for a really interesting event!"

ellen (Feb 28, 2008)

"Somehow I thought the subject was going to be fundraising with FaceBook type applications (is that an application or a platform?, neither?), but a conversation with someone before the program started gave me useful guidance about that, and the wiki talk was interesting, and after that in the informal period afterwards, I had another conversation with someone who helped me understand that the wiki experience I had (two, very limited, in a controlled group, not open to the world) was different from wiki spaces that presented. I may return to enrich my anthropological studies. A good topic might be how to integrate "old" people into this world, or young people's experiences with "old people" in the workplace, people born before 1950."

Barrie (Jan 24, 2008)

"Just getting started.... seems like some good knowledge/experience in the group"

Rolf Pielemeier (Jan 24, 2008)

"Susan should feel proud, as this has blossomed into an engaging and productive discussion group."

Megan Keane (Aug 23, 2007)

"Great job at bringing diverse interests together! I think it's helpful to be welcoming on everyone. I've seen some great group problem solving in the past."

Scott (Jul 26, 2007)

"Wahoo--great turnout & good conversation!"

m k (Jul 26, 2007)

"I'm looking forward to more. I think it'll be interesting to see what happens once a critical strong core has been cultivated within the meetup - ideas when nurtured well, eventually lead to action."

Morgan (Jul 25, 2007)

"nice welcoming meeting. shame we'll not be in the neighbourhood again soon"

Sean Farrell (Jul 25, 2007)

"Another great and informative evening!"

Susan E. (May 24, 2007)

"good group... i like it best when the forprofit and nonprofit community managers and developers can cross-polinate and brainstorm!"

Gail Ann Williams (Apr 26, 2007)

"Small meetup, big ideas, great people."

lawrence (Sep 28, 2006)

"I like the idea of meeting at folks' workplaces. "

Bayle (Aug 26, 2006)
