Details
April is here and it's time to "spring" into more online community discussion with the monthly SF Online Community Report MeetUp: http://ocr.meetup.com... . This month, Vinnie Lauria of Meetro will be speaking about Meetro's evolution from real-time, location-specific instant messaging service to the newly-announced community platform, Lefora. We'll discuss how online communities can form, merge, and shift over time and what challenges these changes present.
Speaker Bio: Vinnie Lauria is VP of Product Strategy at Meetro, a location-aware messenger. Prior to Meetro he was at IBM, where he helped define how social software products could be used in the enterprise. He spends much of his time following the trend of social software and its cultural impact on society.
Hope to see you all there!
